Fall Bird watching Once again we will be working with the Marine Science Center, offering spring migration trips to Protection Island. These are wonderful three hour adventures aboard the Glacier Spirit, to a wildlife sanctuary that hosts most of the aquatic bird species in the Puget Sound region. These trips are narrated by Roger Riesley, who provides a wonderful commentary on the birds that inhabit this island as well as the natural history of the area in general. For schedule and reservations click on the link above. These trips are organized by the Marine Science Center staff. Christmas Trips to Seattle. Cost for the trip is $75.00 per person (children 2-10 $55.00) which includes the trip and a dinner along the way.
