San Juan Sightseeing Trip
This trip takes you from Port Townsend to the San Juan Islands. The trip
includes a tour of the islands from East to West, a 3½ hour layover
in the town of Friday Harbor for lunch and browsing, and a wildlife stop with
the Orca whales. This is a great way to combine your vacation on the Olympic
Peninsula with a day in the San Juan Islands, plus a whale watch experience.
The trip leaves Port Townsend at 8:30 am and returns to Port Townsend at
5:30 pm. The Friday Harbor layover is from 12:00 noon to 3:30 pm.
Three Hour Wildlife Tour*
This tour originates in Friday Harbor and is a moneyback guarateed wildlife
tour. While the passengers from our all day excursion are relaxing in Friday
Harbor the tourboat departs Friday Harbor and heads out on a three hour tour
to see the Orcas. Generally this tour is for passengers who are originating
from our Friday Harbor office however passengers from Port Townsend (for an
extra fee) can stay aboard and go out on this midday tour as well. Usually,
the morning passengers from Port Townsend, have already seen the Orcas on the
crossing to Friday Harbor and they elect to just stay ashore and enjoy San
Juan Island. Either way it is a ton of fun out on the water.
